What is DiaPraxis Learning Initiative?

As a learning scientist, my core mission is to make education more accessible, engaging, and intuitive. This vision was solidified during my PhD dissertation, where I developed an AI-powered conversational assistant to enhance argument evaluation. That research demonstrated firsthand how technology, when designed thoughtfully, can bridge gaps in understanding and foster deeper critical thinking.

I founded Diapraxis Learning Initiatives, a Nevada registered non-profit organization, to bring this vision to life. As a non-profit, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, free learning tools for students in both formal academic environments and non-formal settings, such as youth clubs.

Current Projects

1. The CQMAA Conversational Assistant

Focus: AI-Reinforced Pedagogy & Argument Evaluation Developed as a core component of my doctoral dissertation, this web application serves as a scalable tool for enhancing critical thinking. Through rigorous testing, the assistant has demonstrated a measurable increase in student efficacy when evaluating complex arguments. It represents our commitment to making sophisticated learning science accessible to the public.

2. PBE Coach

Focus: Gamified Learning & Youth Mentorship Website: www.pbecoach.com PBE Coach is a dedicated digital platform designed for members of the Pathfinder Club. Inspired by my years of service as a club counselor, this tool helps youth prepare for national quiz bee competitions through structured, engaging quizes and games. It is a prime example of how Diapraxis supports learning in non-formal, community-based settings.
